The lack of information regarding the
commercialization margin of the originating from
regional shrimp the extrativismo marketed in the commercial establishments as fairs in Belém, culminated in this research. The chosen community for the research went to São Bento located to Rio Tauá''s Margins, whose residents have the fish and shrimps as your main feeding source. that better stands out, therefore has great economical potential, because it is very well accept in the market paraense. The total commercialization margin of the shrimp in originating from Belém the community São Bento, is very low meaning that of the worn-out amount for the consumer with the shrimp most is with the intermediate agents of the commercialization. The commercialization of the shrimp is made through two channels: of the fisherman directly to the consumer, and through the middlemen of the commercialization. It was observed that most of the regional shrimp, what represents 98,97% is given to the middlemen of the commercialization. It was observed that most of the dry and salty (sea) shrimp marketed at the markets in Belém come of the other areas of Brazil, mainly coastal areas, like Maranhão, for instance. Given the great distance and great atravessadores number that it is observed for the shrimp to arrive until his/her final destiny with a very high value. It is was observed still that there is only a demand for the regional shrimp that a lot of times the merchant doesn''t find who the puddle to supply, once it was already observed that the regional shrimp is in lack of the aquatic atmosphere, because of the on
fishing and for environmental factors. The Ver-o-peso represents the largest and more important commercial market among the fairs of Belém.
